What began as an accessible initiative to connect job seekers and employers is steadily growing into a nationwide movement.
In 2025:
- 260 employers opened their doors
- 414 job seekers participated
- More than 1,000 networking events took place
- 93% of participants recommend the program to others
But the real impact lies in the conversations, the trust that grows, and the new opportunities that arise. As one of the participants so aptly put it:
“Through that conversation, I realized that I’m actually further along in my journey than I thought.”
Thank you to all the employers, partners, volunteers, and participants who made this day possible. Together, we’re reducing the mismatch in the job market and ensuring that talent is recognized.
