No job openings required • takes about 2 hours • online or on-site
Put your job, company, and industry in the spotlight and meet talented candidates on Wednesday, November 18, 2026During Career Exploration Day, organizations and professionals open their doors to job seekers through networking sessions or open houses.
The Workplace Visit Day
Are you an organization or professional involved in this field, and would you like to share your expertise? During the Workplace Visit Day, there are two ways you can participate:
1. as a professional, by engaging in a networking conversation
2. as an organization, by hosting an open house.
Participating is a great opportunity to put your job, company, or industry in the spotlight and provide job seekers with valuable insights. This can take place in person on-site and/or online. You don’t need to have specific job openings: the Career Visit Day is all about meeting people, sharing information, and networking. Together, we can mobilize untapped labor potential!

Corporate Social Responsibility
Take the initiative to plan for the future and set aside time to meet new talent.

Look beyond the resume.
How would you like to get involved?
As an organization
As an organization, you can open your doors to job seekers, for example, during an open house. Individual colleagues can also sign up to meet with a job seeker based on their own role or expertise. You can tell them more about your company, the various positions within the organization, and what it’s like to work there. This way, you can showcase the opportunities available within your organization or industry.
As a professional
Are you an entrepreneur, employer, or professional? If so, please make yourself available for an (online) networking conversation with job seekers. By sharing your experiences and insights, you’ll help others gain a more realistic picture of a job, industry, or career path. At the same time, you’ll help boost someone’s self-confidence, guide them in their career exploration, and support their next step toward employment.

Plan the working visit together
- Please fill out the registration form as completely as possible. You decide what form your participation will take: a working visit on-site, an open house, or online meetings. If you’re unavailable on November 18 but would like to host someone on another day, that’s no problem.
- In early November, we’ll post the opportunities on the website. Interested job seekers can then sign up for a workplace visit. Each organization or professional can accommodate three job seekers. If you’re able to host more participants, we’d greatly appreciate it. Although we can’t guarantee that you’ll receive any sign-ups for your workplace visit, we’ll do our very best to match supply and demand as closely as possible.
- As soon as someone signs up, you’ll receive an email with the job seeker’s contact information and a request to finalize the details of the job visit. Meet job seekers and get to know each other (online) on or around November 18, 2026.
We pay special attention to non-native English speakers, as there is significant untapped potential among this target group. If you are unable to conduct the conversation in English, please let us know.
