The JobOn Foundation is the driving force behind the Work Visit Day. We strive to reduce the mismatch in the labor market. Especially given the current labor shortage, it’s important that all untapped talent gets a chance to participate. We’re therefore proud to be the community manager of the LinkedIn group #Beschikb@@r. In this community, we connect job seekers who face barriers to the labor market with employers—and vice versa. During the Job Visit Day, we also encourage employers to openly engage with people who have a disability, a different background, or who might not immediately seem like a good fit for an organization. At the Job Visit Day, you’ll network without prejudice, with no strings attached.

Together with various partners, JobOn is making the Work Visit Day a success. For example, we’re collaborating with Solgu and Inclusieve. Together, we’re organizing a webinar in October on “Inclusive Hiring in Times of Labor Shortages.” We’ll share the details on this page soon.
