Find a career visit that’s right for you!
Sign up for a one-on-one networking session with a professional or an open house at an organization. A networking session can take place in person or online. You can sign up for up to two career visits, so that as many job seekers as possible have the chance to participate. Use the filters to find a career visit that matches your interests. Petra van der Vlugt | Program Manager | JobOn Foundation | Networking Session
I’ve been working at JobOn for over 8 years now, and I really enjoy it! I started as a volunteer event manager. From there, I landed a permanent position on the team and began working as the project coordinator for this Work Visit Day. Many years and a lot of experience have passed since then. I’ve done a lot of different things, including communications, projects, campaigns, and more. Now I’m responsible for our relationships and collaboration with libraries, as well as the FutureLab training sessions we offer. I lead the training sessions and mentor participants. I still really enjoy working at JobOn, so if you’d like to know more about JobOn, my current role, or my previous positions, I’d be happy to tell you more!
