Sign up for a one-on-one networking session with a professional or an open house at an organization. A networking session can take place in person or online. You can sign up for up to two career visits, so that as many job seekers as possible have the chance to participate. Use the filters to find a career visit that matches your interests. After you sign up, the professional or organization will receive your contact information and will then get in touch with you to arrange the work visit.

Starting a business while receiving benefits. Is that possible?
Do you dream of starting your own business, but are you receiving benefits and unsure of your options?
In 2019, I “resigned from being chronically ill” and started my own business using my Wajong benefits.
I made the transition from the UWV to self-employment and discovered how it could feel more and more natural to earn money through my own business while still receiving benefits.
During a networking session—whether online or at my office in Emmen—I’d love to hear about your entrepreneurial dream. I’ll work with you to explore the possibilities and address any questions you have, drawing on my own experience and my work as an entrepreneurial coach within UWV programs.
