We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Machine Operator for work at the Tata Steel site in Velsen-Noord.
As a Trainee Machine Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the trade on the job. You’ll start as a shovel operator and gain a thorough understanding of the tasks, the equipment, and the work environment. Building on this foundation, you’ll be trained step by step to become a fully qualified machine operator.
You’ll work with modern equipment in an industrial setting where safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship are key. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you’ll develop into a skilled operator of heavy machinery.
