Find a career visit that’s right for you!
Sign up for a one-on-one networking session with a professional or an open house at an organization. A networking session can take place in person or online. You can sign up for up to two career visits, so that as many job seekers as possible have the chance to participate. Use the filters to find a career visit that matches your interests. After you sign up, the professional or organization will receive your contact information and will then get in touch with you to arrange the work visit.
Dorine van Bree | Career Coach | De Werkcoach | Networking Session
As an independent career coach and trainer, I help people take the next step in their careers. Some of the questions we explore include: What qualities do I have, and which of them do I want to put to use?
What gives me a sense of fulfillment?
What gives me energy, and what drains me?
What do I need to enjoy working somewhere for the long term?
What role does work play in my life?
What do I really value?
What does my “dream job” look like?
My definition of a dream job is: Work that makes you happy and gives you energy.
The more you explore all of the above, the greater the chance that you’ll discover what truly suits you! It doesn’t happen on its own—you really have to take action, and I’d be happy to help with that.
Sixteen years ago, I made a career switch from teaching and career counseling—including at the MBO level—to becoming an independent career coach.
I work extensively with people in and around the education sector, as well as with people from other organizations, primarily nonprofit organizations. In addition, I lead group career training sessions for employees at Utrecht University and guide people through work fitness programs.
During the open house, you can sign up with me for a free networking/inspiration session if you’d like to brainstorm about:
– working as an independent career coach
– how to figure out what kind of work truly suits you and how to approach that search effectively.
So, would you like to learn more about what it’s like to work as an independent career coach and trainer, or would you like some practical tips to figure out what kind of work really suits you? Sign up, and we’ll talk on November 18!
